Order With a Peaceful mind, Since , our product comes under luxury and decorative lighting which has minute detailing , that makes it difficult for us to regulate any return or refund policy . Although , if you have any doubt please feel free to visit our display center. 

We will process a refund in case of damaged or undelivered product. However, a proof (photograph or video) of the same is needed. The refund will take approximately 4-5 business days. We'll update you via email/phone once the refund is processed.
